Diagnostics
Hardware troubleshooting for boot issues, instability, overheating, failed parts, and unusual performance problems.
Local computer diagnostics, hardware upgrades, Windows and Linux installation, drive cloning, and custom PC builds—without the runaround.
The goal is simple: identify the problem, explain the options clearly, and only perform the work you approve.
Hardware troubleshooting for boot issues, instability, overheating, failed parts, and unusual performance problems.
Replacement or upgrade of storage, memory, graphics cards, power supplies, cooling, and other compatible PC hardware.
Clean installations and reinstalls of supported Windows and Linux systems, including drivers, updates, and basic setup.
Move an existing system to a replacement or upgraded drive when the source drive is suitable for cloning.
Component selection, compatibility checking, assembly, BIOS configuration, OS setup, and functional testing.
If a repair does not make financial sense, you will be told that before money is spent unnecessarily.
Every existing computer receives a $50 Diagnostic / Pre-Service Assessment before additional service. That assessment is charged whether or not you choose to continue with the repair. If further work is recommended, you receive an explanation and estimate before parts are ordered or repair work begins.
Identify the likely cause of the problem and document what was found.
Give you a plain-language recommendation and estimate for any further work.
No additional paid repair or parts replacement proceeds without your approval.
